    how is it even legal to do shit like that? I love hoe paparazzi can harass people and follow them and try to get them to crash their car and its all ok becuase they "asked for it" by being famous. Dont get me wrong, i like the pictures, its just getting a little redicilous

    The biggest problem here isnt that this guy is getting an upskirt. The problem is that he's an asshole for using this tactic on Paris Hilton. This special activity should be reserved for the likes of Avril Lavigne. He's exposing the secret tactics while trying to get an upskirt of someone who's more than willing to expose her nasty beav at any time. All he had to do was ask and I'm sure that she'd give him what he wanted. These types of tactics need to be kept secret until a prime opportunity presents itself. This guy is going to ruin the chance for other papp's to get a premium upskirt from a top notch celebrity who doesnt typically show their stuff.

    But the guy obviously isnt a papp. He's just a f-ing jamoke with a $99 camera. He should be....and with this evidence might be charged with some type of harassment or invasion of privacy.
