    Not quite sure what you mean. I know nothing about cars but here in UK the steering my instructor is teaching me is called the push and pull method or something. Basically you pull down with your left hand, push up with your right, and vice versa.

    From what i know about "dream reading" is that the less you think you dream, in fact your brain works more then when you normally remember your dreams. Guess its the brains way of relaxing, when its been really busy.

    That could be, I just usually have some sense of them when I wake up, whether the details are clear or not. I don't sleep through the night though, I tend to wake and roll over alot. Still, I've felt less stress as of late, so there's probably a good deal of truth to the brain relaxing bit.

    I've definitely improved already. It's just a case of getting fully used to everything you have to do. I think playing the drums definitely helps my coordination.

    That's my regret, that I didn't take lessons earlier in life. I was so busy being a teenage rebel that I couldn't even be bothered to learn to drive despite having many opportunities to do so.
