    this was from CSI's 100th Episode celebration which happened in Season 5 - and yes Brown is dead. anyways, the photogs were hounding her about her jeans, so she turned around for them. on purpose. that's hot stuff. she's also now separated/divorced from her husband who's the guy in the red shirt and leather jacket.
