    Nope, that is just an incorrect web rumor. The family history is complicated with multiple marriages but Miley is the product of Billy Ray and Tish.

    Plus Miley got her eyes from Tish.

    That is her real mother Leticia 'Tish' Cyrus. Your mistaken her Character Hannah Montana aka Miley Ray Stewart with Miley Ray Cyrus or you got your info from an internet rumor that will never die. On the show her mother is dead, but in flashbacks is played by Brooke Shields. Miley's Bio on TV explains that Miley was her 3rd child, and 1st with Billy Ray. Brandi, and Trace are from her previouse relashionship, and Billy Ray legally adopted them to give him his last name, and to make no mistake while not his biologically they are his children.

    That's one of the great things about young chicks is that their mother's are often still hot so you can have the rare fantasy of banging both the daughter and mother at the same time!
