    If you say this is Cote, I won't argue it (but do have some doubts)
    Looks to me like a hair color change. and a cut and created bangs. These pictures don't look great, but now that I think about it bangs when would make her look a lot better. I ahve the widow peak / V look on anyone- she has that.
