    Miko is not at her best in this vid, she looks drugged out and the bad implants that ruined her tits are hard not to look at since the horrific scars on her nipples seem to stare her in the face. She's only got one card left, doing IR, but she does it well in this vid. The fishnets are a plus, but what makes this one worth the download is the cumshot. It's monumental, and hits her face with such force you can hear it splat. Her head seems to be blown back by the impact but, trooper that she is, she comes back for more.
