Russia might be a stretch; UEFA don't really like having games in Russia. Too much violence, like the bad old days of Western Europe in the 80's.
Mexico and Indonesia seem to be a bit of a stretch, especially for Mexico with Brazil in 2014.

That's mainly becaue we only have a few teams played in europe Ajax, feyenoord and PSV and last year Hereveen, AZ and NAC played aswell but got kicked out in the first round Az will be playing CL this season that will be a laugh....
