Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Then use a 450x150 black layer, and put a 449x149 image on top of it. Flatten it and there ya go.

    Select the marquee tool, zoom out a little so you can see the grey area.

    Click and drag downwards or sideways til you'll see a single dashed line then hold shift and just work your way around.

    When it's all selected, select the brush tool and whatever color and fill in the edges.
