    What do you mean by "fake"? She put it up herself on her verified page, so you think she's putting up doctored photos of herself? That's pretty odd...

    yes. why wouldn't she? she wants people to think she looks great all the time, so putting a doctored pic on her twitter is no different than a magazine publishing pics that have been airbrushed. she's a product that has been manufactured, and she's selling herself.

    sorry to break it to you, but no one looks like that in real life.

    considering that she's always talking about the effort she puts into her workouts, her progress of losing weight and getting herself in shape and so on, it's not that unlikely that she just takes a photo of herself and uploads it in it's original state.. she is very open about that topic..

    I was going to agree with Mr. Big but when the previous poster mentioned her hawking diet pills( a load of crock by the way) then yes it is entirely possible these may have been doctored.
