    I think she is wearing sheer pantyhose. If you look at the third picture, the one that is zoomed in but not in good resolution, it appears her crotch was covered by that old familiar oval crotch patch in sheer pantyhose. And there were other pictures of her legs after she got out of the car that showed she was wearing pantyhose.
