    Looks like Hilary got a new tattoo, a small "anchor" on inside of her left ankle? By my count, this makes her 4th tattoo. The other 3 are the word "Shine" tattooed on her right middle finger, "Let It Be" on her right ankle "ma petite amie" on her right side.
