    That's one of the first things I realized when I moved here nearly a dozen years ago. Your mainstream is all about violence, which is acceptable, yet anything in the mainstream with just a little nudity or sex, often causes a controversy. What's truly funny is that most everyone here has pay cable channels as well. Which is often littered with sex and nudity. I just don't understand why having it on antequated over the air stations is such a taboo here. Also, porn is everywhere, and you are one of the few countries that still allow violent porn. It's just odd. It's not a ton different back home. Although after 10 is considered adult time, and stations can pretty much show what they please.

    Then again, I should say "we" and not "you." As I became a citizen not long back. Oh well, it's not a big deal. It's too bad many yank actresses seem to have a brainwashed anti-nudity philosophy instilled in them from childhood. Whenever an american actress speaks out against nudity, they always seem to invoke Meryl Streep's name in some sort of anti-sex/nudity slogan.
