She's hot, but she is overrated. She is definitely sports hot.

Its not like she is ugly, but without the fame she wouldn't be a swimsuit model unless the box factory she was a secretary for had a charity swimsuit calendar.

Now think a little more...if the same exact looking person wasn't Lindsay Vonn, Olympic skier, but Lindsay Vonn, secretary, there is no way she would be in there. She doesn't hold up to the others.

wow, way to completely miss the point, shes is in there because shes the most prominent attractive female athlete at the time, SI always puts a female athlete in there, they usually arent as hot as the woman in there every year who are professional models, but they put them in there because its a nice crossover from sports to sexy women in bikinis

The only person you mentioned that she tops is Amanda Beard. It's bordering on an insult to someone like Marisa Miller or Jessica Biel to include Vonn with them. Just deal with it, I have my opinion you have yours.

p.s. If you think Vonn is that up there with them why is it you feel the need to add EVEN Vonn? Very telling...

 

She wasn't in SI Swimsuit Issue as an athlete. Last time I checked when I looked through it she was MODELING swimsuits. She sure wasn't skiing!

She was in the Olympic preview issue as an athlete. The Swimsuit Issue as a model.

This is the point I am making. The athletes they put in their don't match up with the full-time models. SI shouldn't bother putting athletes in bikinis. Hell, they even had Serena Williams in the issue before! If you aren't a model don't bother modeling.

 

Vonn is quite a tasty chick, regardless of her profession. Cute face, great body, incredibly successful athlete and a genuinely cool person from what ive seen. The definition of model is one that serves as the subject for an artist, especially a person employed to pose for a painter, sculptor, or photographer. Lindsey Vonn IS a model, IS an athlete, and IS beautiful. She's got good enough looks to be posted here regularly, and the only time anyone ever mentions her name is when she's competing for the olympics or a major event... which is what, every 2-4 years? Id say that makes her UNDERrated.
