    Well, to be pedantic, not really... and you wouldn't really need to hack an account to find pics, either... infact, Twitter doesn't handle pics at all but a fair few sites have been set up that do, in conjunction with Twitter... so, it's not hacked and it isn't really Twitter, more like maybe stuff found on a twitter link...
