There is something I've been meaning to ask you for a while - Why do you put a password on your zip file and then include the "pass_is_mokkori.txt" file, which tells everyone who opens the zip file what the password is?

I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, I'd just really like to know because it seems a bit pointless to me.....

The text file in the zip is just to remind downloaders the password. As to why I password my files anyways, I do it for a couple of reasons:

1) File longevity - I have no solid numbers, but i'd say 75% of my files that have been zip password protected have lasted longer than files that I don't password protect.

2) Linkstealing/Filestealing - Putting passwords on my files makes it a little bit inconvenient/annoying for linkstealers and filestealers to simply use my links to spam them all over the place. Of course my password text file is included in the zip, but linkstealers/filestealers don't usually notice that detail.

Hope I explained it well enough.
