    Headphones my ass, that thing is a Scientologist control collar linked to a satellite, if she tries to escape Tom pushes a button and gives her a shock like a dog training collar, if she continues he pushes another button and *BOOM*, 1/2 pound of plastique blows her head clean off. That's the only explanation why she's still with the gay little midget.
