Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     It's a Photoshop option: File ... then "Save for web or devices" it's supposed to optimize for display on the web

    that's the ONLY PS trick I know! someone here suggested it. its pretty cool.
