    For my weight, I consider that I eat well, but it seems my metabolism simply won't make me gain weight. :lol:

    Do you smoke ? Weed ? Quit those and youll gain 20 pounds easily.

    Also how tall are you? If your only 5 foot then i wouldnt worry :p

    And i know plenty of people like you that say its impossible to gain weight, but eat crumbs compared to what they should be eating.

    Also if your having trouble cut out your cardio or drop to day a week.
