    I used to have to watch "Lizzie McGuire" when my little brother was in middle school. I would say to him, "Dude, you don't realize this now, but that chick has no waist. She will never be hot."

    It turns out I was both right and wrong: Duff still has no waist, but she cleans up nicely and almost always dresses to hide her boyish hips. B+, good job.
