    Might be a corrupt download (which host did you D/L from?)

    All my RARs have 5% RAR recovery records...

    Open WinRAR -> Tools -> Repair Archive -> select RAR file -> OK
    (save in a different directory with the SAME FILENAME - it matters with passworded RAR files)

    Try to unRAR again

    If that doesn't work, PM me or post here and I'll look into it further.

    I had the same problems as the above posters but as gHe said, just repairing the file through WinRar to a different directory works.
