Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Talked to Dave (owner of the filehost) He is looking into it. He is a good friend of mine that is why I use his hosting service. I have downloaded from the site and have never had a virus or maleware. But I should know more tomorrow. If you have problems PM me and I will tell him.

    Maybe that is why I haven't had a problem.

    Thanks linusnc for looking at this, and I believe you when you say that the site is good. But the site could have been hacked, unknown to the owner. It tried to run a script and also displayed a clearly fake "security tool". If anyone installed this I reckon they could be having problems! Salty, good advice setting your security high in IE and FF, but hackers these days are sophisticated and can find ways round most things! The Buggers!

    Could someone give me a little more information about this NoScript option in FireFox? I don't see the option anywhere, and assume it's to be downloaded as an add-on, and I see there may be more than a few options. What have you used/done?
