    If she is a heroin addict I doubt she'd shoot up in an obvious place. Maybe between her toes, under her finger/toe nails, ass/thigh or even her eyeball (that's very hardcore)

    The 'sore' isn't necessarily what looks bad... look to the left side of it right in the bend of her elbow... see the bruising, that's what a track mark looks like.

    It's possible she was simply hit by a meteor that had burnt up in the atmosphere to the size of a grain of sand before bouncing off her forearm and landing on the inside of her elbow.

    Certinaly, I've heard that's the explanation for the state of Mary Winehouse's face - hit by a tiny meteor.

    She's really gone downhill in the looks department in the last couple of years, and the change has been quite rapid. Points to drug use to me. And those track marks really can't be ignored.

    There is another possibility - when I was growing-up, the kid across the street was born with 1 kidney and it was damage. Until it failed and he got a transplant from his brother he had to get Dialysis treatments and the site looked like that.

    News flash... Heroin isn't the only 'recreational' drug that's injected... anything from coke to meth to ketamine and a hundred others are injectible you just hear about Heroin as injectible the most.
