    A cellphone is not a source of ignition for gasoline vapors. Besides gas pumps have vapor recovery, so very, very little vapor is leaked anyway. It is perfectly safe and legal to talk on the cellphone while filling your car. However, getting in and out of your car while fueling, or leaving the fuel fill unattended in case the shut off does not work is a really bad idea. And people who smoke while in a gas station........... :pat:
