    I doubt that she will grow it long for quite a while, especially when she had to keep it long all these years for filming the potter movies. Most girls her age have been able to try new looks with hair , clothes , etc. , and now that she's no longer restricted for filming , she's trying something new.
    Bottom line is this , She changed her look , you don't like it ,don't look , if you really like Emma , wait for a bit and her look will change again.
