Seriously! Who cares if she paid for her tits or not. Unless you want the name of her surgen for your woman. Her body shape & proportion are perfect for her. I don't know if they're natural & I don't care.

 

I'd say that Hilary has one of the best asses in Hollywood. And I'd take nice, real B-cup breasts over fake D's any day.

Judging by how the google auto search inserts "breast implants" into the find function when I enter hilary's name into it, I would say this is a popular topic amongst the internet denizens. Here are two pics that are from pro-implant opinions:

 

Her boobs are real. Look at Jimmy Kimmel Live on 10/27/2010. As she sits down in the chair you can see them bounce like jello.

 

I dont know what your talking about. Even though I still believe that her boobs are real, that video that you referenced would make me lean towards implants. Her boobs didnt "bounce like jello" at any point during that interview. If anything, they looked shiny like they were over stuffed.

And if you dont like people commenting on the pictures, why would you read past the first post? Just look at the pictures, beat off, clean yourself off and then go outside to play. That way you wont be offended when people talk about the implants that Hilary Duff did, or didnt get.
