    I can understand where he's coming from, even if I don't agree in this particular case. There are women that came to my attention before a certain age and because of that they'll never really fulfill their potential. Amanda Bynes was the first one where I realized "hey wait, I should love her way more than I do." I refer to the ones that fall victim to the phenomenon as "The Cursed" because they'll probably never get the job done, kinda like the Cubs.

    There are exceptions, like the "LiLo Rule" where if they disappear for a few years and come at a more appropriate age (like LiLo hitting the radar at 11 or 12 in Parent Trap but then vanishing until Freaky Friday when she was 16). There's also the "Emma Exception" because I was aware of Emma Watson but I really didn't pay much attention at all to her until the 3rd movie, and really didn't start truly drooling until the 4th one.

    As for Aly, I didn't become aware of her until Phil of the Future on Disney when she was probably 15. That's far enough along for me to feel no qualms about her. Plus, she has a really hot sister and the sistercest card trumps a curse.

    Natalie falls under the Emma Exception for me. I was aware of her, but I really didn't pay much attention until much later. I didn't really even pay much attention to her until around Attack of the Clones or thereabouts.
