It's good to warn people of the reprecussions of spreading child porn, but most of the material posted here is gathered from sources that claim to have the right documentation of age. I am not an American, and do not use host servers based in the US as far as I know. Canadian laws are clear, and the police here are agressive in tracking down the sources of the material. I for one do not look for underage pics, but could easily pick a couple up without realising what I'm getting. I don't believe the police here are going to get a warrent for my hard drive, and my arrest for the material I collect.

i don't see a problem unless she is topless, nude or doing other adult oriented stuff.
fully clothed shots do not in my mind pose a problem

And reposting the pictures that had been buried many pages ago isnt exactly the best way to get rid of them...if this is your job why not report it?

Secondly, People that DO deal in these matters DO NOT post on message boards - they contact the owner of the board, then the ISP.

Thirdly, those are not the same two people. The lips aren't right, neither is the overall body structure (not to mention hair type, and eye-space.

DO more research.

Fourth, I'm all for keeping underage children off the web, so post the link to the myspace account and webshots - if there's something mentioned there about what's going on here, then you win.

And, er, what's the big deal if someone reposted stuff that she's obviously posted in her own Webshots account, for the whole world to see anyway? It might be a little sneaky, but fuck man, she posted it herself, knowing full well that anyone can see it who happens to browse across Webshots...

It's some ridiculous anti-jewish website, but the article is half interesting if you remove the word's 'jew' from it, as it is obviously a slander article against all jewish people (it almost claims all jews are pederasts). It's really a shame that they are using this topic as fuel for their racist arguements. Read the page to know what I'm talking about...

Oh yeah, and why are you posting this in the forum? and not contacting the administrators of the website... it's up to them to tell people what not to post, and I don't think it's part of your 'profession' to be broadcasting to everyone (since you are claiming that you do this as a 'profession'... it's paid work is it?)

Finally, are you sure there isn't some deep down psychological reason for you doing this post? Are you bullshitting us all, because you feel bad with yourself for looking at those pictures and liking them? I am not having a go at you, trying to claim that this is the case, but if so, then admit it to yourself, and get some help!

If you are an investigator with a Law Enforcement Agency, then get cracking on the people that took, and distributed the pictures in the first place. We cannot know if the girl you show is underage. She looks young, but I know of models in their twenties that look 16. Tiffany Vionette was 24 when I first saw her stuff, and I passed it over because she looked too young. When I found out she's legal I looked for more.
It's pointless to focus on individuals that clearly don't know the age of the models. Prosecute the bastards that do know their ages, and distribute the material. If you are able to prove a picture set is of an underage girl, let the mods know, and let the person that contributed the post know why it's being removed. By posting those links, you are participating in the distribution. Over 1300 people have checked this thread out so far, I'd be willing to bet 90% of them had not seen the original post.

 

Another key term is sexually explicit (The stuff mentioned above). Along as she has clothes on it is legal.
