I just checked all parts to the video file (on MU,HF & FS) and rechecked the password - everything on my end is working fine.

My guess is that you may have gotten an imcomplete download with one of the parts (possibly, when you downloaded one of the files halfway might've messed up one of the files). So you may want to try to re-download the parts again.
