You should be more specific to what your issues are. I've only had my account for a little over a week but I haven't had any issues with it when paired with jDownloader. I can max out my 15Mbps cable connection with it just like I can with my hotfile account as well.

 

For me, every file takes at least an hour, I'll try jdownloader and see if it helps

I heard mu was also sued by perfect 10 for about 5Mio$ and i saw a new copyright notice on FS.
Guess the only safe hoster will be (m)oron, cause nobody wants to mess with these (ex-kgb) russian guys ...

Filesonic wont last long neither, they are currently the most used host, but now they are also facing law issue and they are massively deleting files these days.
Im pretty sure next step they will ban account that earn few hundred dollars weekly ( and there is lot ). All the top 100 in the playsonic game and those elite members will sure get banned.

Oron is the worst host ever, even with a premium account you have a limited traffic !!!
And thats only 15gb for 3 days , means it could take you 1-2 week to download a ps3 game lol.
But Oron are investing lot of money, now they own 2 majors porn forum already (they bought pornbb just recently), just hope no more forum will be sold to them.

Right now, really need to allow other host here, because now with hotfile deleting account, everyone is going with filesonic and that makes download really really painful.
download speed have been so slow this week and lot of times cat even download at all (server error) and have to wait few hours before being able to download a file.
Have a lifetime premium with FS but Im having about 50 links pending in queue like if I were a free user (and Im not downloading big files)

 

I've kept trying to download from FS, but I've thrown in the towel. I'll try a couple at the start of the day but if the download speed is under 50KB/s, I'll only look at HF or MU clips. Would you believe I actually had one file download speed this afternoon at 5KB/s.
Jdownloader was of no help other than adding several steps. Hopefully, the situation at FS will improve, but I certainly won't hold my breath.

 

Honestly I don't have a premium account with Filesonic but my speed is always good around 200 kb even during this last fiasco with Hf bans and Fs being overloaded!!!

I've never been a fan of Filesonic and have grudgingly used it... but in the past week or so, Filesonic speeds - uploading and downloading - have been much slower than usual. Don't know if it's cuz all the cashhost spammers are diverting their HF links to Filesonic, but there's definitely something wrong with the speed quality of Filesonic lately.

Then you must be RIGHT NEXT TO the Filesonic servers... a lot of downloaders around have been having speed problems with Filesonic.

As for a poll, I think that's unnecessary - Fileserve and Depositfiles would be the most popular choices if a replacement were needed to Hotfile. As much as it sucks that Hotfile is actively erasing accounts, they're still a viable filehost with comparable speed (I'd say better) and better accessibility than Filesonic at this point right now.

 

Filesonic is slower than before because everybody switched from HF to FS,but i know that they are working on it and they are adding new servers.

 

filesonic is slow as fuck! 50kb/s MAX !!

filserve is pretty fast actally, and don't have many limits, if any.. getting around 500-600kb/sec with fileserve..

hotfile is pretty crappy but pretty reliable, maxes 256kb/sec

fileserve should be allowed

Last days is getting very slow.

They are adding servers (or they are planning to add as they said officially this week) we know but for the moment their service is getting worst day per day.

Also many many people switch from hf and their traffic is increased dramatically and servers cannot manage so much traffic probably. Let's hope for improvement after friday.

For poll don't think something will be changed here very soon......

Some Features
1. upload up to 2GB file and free user can download up to 2gb file. If allowed then upto 2gb files not to be splitted.

2. Unlimited downloads for anonymous and free users

3. No country restriction

 

i have to say since my last post about Filesonic there has been a tremendous change in speed and reliability. Now i can even use direct download with IDM which never worked before. Maybe there is Filesonic people reading here? I must say its growing on me

 

i agree with that really, great thing about DF is the links last, I think they just ignore reporters

 

filefactory is also a good option for as a new approved host.

 

DF & FSrv are both viable replacements.
In my experiences porn last for ages in DF but FSrv is the better host for free users.

 

Agree. Only, I get that 'Sorry, all slots for your country are busy' message constantly with DF. I love Fileserve since they offer excellent speeds. I don't have an account there and still I can download big files in less than an hour.
