Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Standards have not fallen anywhere. It's all about taste. Citizen Kane is widely considered the best movie of all time, and I can't even begin to explain how awful I think that movie is. The same goes for It's A Wonderful Life and Casablanca. Whether or not you like it, the fact is that Total Recall IS considered a classic by many, many people. That will not change because you think it isn't "worthy" of being called a classic.
