    What's the concept behind a 3000x2000 photo that looks like that? I don't get it. Is this by an amateur or am I not understanding some sort of typical photography thing here?

    the photographer was probably really far away, and was probably using a good camera, but these are most likely cropped down (alot) to omit the rest of the picture. in the original pics she was probably just a small spec, then after cropping and blowing up the cropped area, youre left with the quality you see here.
