    Come on if stumbling on the sidewalk proves youre guilty of other things, the jails in CA would be a lot more crowded than they already are.

    The thing I love about these photos is that she obviously has a great sense of humour even though she's in an embarassing situation. Wish the same could be said about all her critics and would-be advisors.

    She is not even buzzed. Look at her eyes, they are so clear and clean its not even funny. She fell because of those stupid 9" heals, got embarrassed and laughed, as a lot of people do when they fall.

    Stop being arm chair critics for one minute and wish someone well, because with her off the streets, you don't have racy photos to look at anymore.

    I know its a part of all of us including myself to take the piss, but really, we should at this point see this as beating a dead horse and wish her the best. Because I truly feel that for once, these photos, are of a very straight Lindsey and for that, I am happy for her!
