    What do you mean by thick? Do you mean circumference? Because I do disagree. It is either a nipple, or a round, nipple-shaped (and colored) pasty. Either of those could be true, but why make a pasty that is darkened to the color of a nipple, and not a lighter, less visible, flesh color, which, I might add, are used extensively in the lingerie model arena? Does it make sense to use a nipple covering pasty that has the same appearance as a nipple? I think not.
