    Miley Cyrus went shopping in Santiago, Chile, and flashed a side view of her breasts wearing a skimpy tank top, raising eyebrows in the conservative Catholic country, not to mention setting off a Internet firestorm.

    Miley played a concert at Santiago’s Estadio Nacional yesterday (May 4) and was spotted shopping by fans who posted the photos on Twitter.

    Miley describes her South American Gypsy Heart tour as “a mission to spread love.”

    Beside Chile, Cyrus will visit Peru, Argentina, and Mexico before heading to the Philippines and Australia.

    The former Disney star is facing a bit of a language barrier south of the border. She admits failing a Spanish class in school and doesn’t speak the language.

    But she sure knows how to communicate with body language.

    Even though she was out with her mom Tish, Miley’s tank top left little to the imagination, and she reportedly tweeted that she loves to go braless, according to HollywoodLife.

    Miley was rocked by wardrobe malfunctions as a minor, and now that she is 18, she’s feeling more free-spirited than ever.

    She’s tweeted at least two sexy photos to her fans and shows no signs of curbing her exhibitionism. Rock on.

    Miley Cyrus on FHM Sexiest List, Selena Gomez Not Included

    Disney star, Miley Cyrus, has been named one of FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World for 2011. However, another Disney alumni, Selena Gomez, is nowhere to be found on the latest list.

    According to the recently unveiled list, Miley Cyrus is #89 on the list, while Vanessa Hudgens sits pretty at #20. FHM notes in a section called "Why we love Miley Cyrus" that she turned 18 at the end of 2010, but has been causing plenty of controversy. They bring up her leaked pictures in her underwear, her pole dancing at the teen awards and then the Miley Cyrus bong smoking salvia video just around her 18th birthday. Apparently all the controversy adds to the sexiness of Miley. In just the past week or so, a bunch of media focused on news Miley Cyrus was braless in public. Selena Gomez just gets called "cute" or "pretty" in her latest outfit, or praised for her new music.

    One would have to wonder if that disqualified Selena Gomez from this list of sexy women. She's currently considered rather squeaky clean compared to Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato. Even Vanessa Hudgens has three leaked photo scandals on the internet and a hot new movie role in "Sucker Punch." Perhaps Selena Gomez needs to release some leaked pics or cause some controversy and get more wild in public? Justin Bieber may be able to aid her in that if he keeps acting out, flashing the middle finger and becoming more of a rebel.

    Do you think Selena Gomez deserves to be included on FHM's list, or not a big deal? Will she be there next year?
