I don't mean to sound like I'm unappreciative of your posts Kieks, but what is the fascination with Emma Watson? Honestly, she looks like a pre-teen boy. What makes her stand out?

If you can't see it I doubt you ever will.

But all these recent comments from posters comparing Emma to a boy and casting doubt on one's sexual orientation for finding her to be attractive are just too absurd for words. Everybody has their own "type" and just because it doesn't match up with someone else's ideal, doesn't mean that a person is into "young boys". Sheesh! :soapbox:

I don't get the pre-teen boy comments in the slightest. She has very feminine facial features, she doesn't have facial or body hair...and even the short cut she had before it began to grow in was cut in a feminine style. She shaves her legs, has a very narrow waist but a proportionally normal waste to hips ratio common to a female. She has tits...no Adams apple...so how the fuck can you mistake a woman for a boy unless you just don't have that much experience with women in general. ? I mean seriously, you see a short haircut and the wittiest thing you can bleet out is "she looks like a boy"? Really? Most of us don't think she looks like a boy at all, even those who don't like the hair and all of us don't actually give two purple rat fucks that you think she looks like a boy. Give it a fuckin rest already. We who adore her, would like to enjoy the pictures without the detritus from the wit-challenged fold

Good post Kieks , I can just hear the PA in the background , " Paging Dr Watson , Paging Dr Watson , Please come to the main lobby , A Mr Holmes is waiting for you".

That 2nd pic just made that pop into my mind. Just think , getting examined by that Dr Watson. Maybe I'm watching too much tv again.

Some bright spark has to bring this up in every Emma thread.

Shes my type, I think shes beautiful, more so than 90% of the artificial and stereotypical celebritys out there. I have what I like, you have what you like. Why do people have to come into every Emma thread and try to drag it into an argument, can't you just accept that some people must really like her off the back of the amount of views and posts her threads get, and if you don't like her, hey how about don't open the thread.

    Thanks Kieks, great post :)

I have no problem with people opening a thread even though they don't like the celeb in the thread, and I have no problem with the yea or nay point of view about the celeb in the subject. It's just the insinuation that if some poster happens to like the person the thread is about then there is something wrong with the poster or his/her sexuality. Celeb-bashing doesn't bother me - there are plenty of them around who deserve our derisive comments, but bashing the posters doesn't seem right to me unless they've crossed the lines of forum etiquette. :2cent:

What the hell is the trend with this disagreeable bullshit? We went from thanks, here are more pictures, to 500 word essays on some disagreeable bullshit on Miley Cyrus or Watson.

I don't take any offence if people don't like my threads, I create heaps of them and people are welcome to either like them or not like them. But I too get bemused at the growining number of people who feel the need to criticise the posting of celebs they don't like. It's a lot simpler to stay out. And from my time here (and it's been a hell of a long time!) I've not seen one act stir up so much angst and negativity round here than when EW got her hair cut. Some people liked it when she did it, many didn't, but do you really think that threads of her should no longer happen because you don't like how she currently looks? It aint going to happen.

For the record, I'm not an Emma fanatic. I actually preferred her before the haircut, but I don't get all this "she's a boy, stop posting" talk. I post what the people want to see, whether it's 2-3 people who like a thread, or 30. If people like it, that's great, if they don't, that's fine as well. But the repetitiveness relating to certain celebs (and EW in particular) is really perplexing. Build a bridge and get over it.

She doesn't look like a boy. She has a natural feminine beauty which most women can only dream of. You're probably one of those guys who's been conditioned to get a hard on when he views pictures of orange, rough skinned monsters with fake breasts who look like cross dressers and who are typical of aggressive hard core porn. You're conditioned to get off on something unnatural, so your brain has become desensitised to the subtle cues of femininity which have been built into the male genome over millions of years of evolution. But if you've lost the ability to distinguish visually between a naturally pretty young woman in her early twenties and a pre-pubescent boy, then I pity you.

Just recently became a fan of Emma's when I realized that she has a very feminine body and face.
Emma's got a fine booty and serious hips.
Those are called hips. Women have them. Boys don't. Get a girlfriend and learn.
