    G4 and NBC is the one responsible for getting Olivia all those magazine shoots. And "The Voice" is the one responsible for getting Alison in this shoot.

    Companies pay to get promo... just like TF3 paying for Rosie and Megan to be #1.

    That's not how it works, actually. If the commodity is hot enough, the magazine will approach the agent, or vice-versa, and hammer out a deal to get the talent featured in a shoot/article/both. The networks they work for have nothing to do with that. Promos are commercials and possibly events, but G4 doesn't actively pursue magazine shoots for them. That's what agents are for.
