    Lindsay has arrived at court for a hearing after testing positive for alcohol on a drug test. She failed the drug test after having a roof top barbeque on 6/12. Lindsay was scheduled to do an interview for the Today Show, and 20/20, but canceled the interview with Matt Laur moments before the time once she found out she failed the drug test.

    Lindsay Dodges Jail Bullet

    Lindsay Lohan will not go to jail,because Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled the prior judge -- Elden Fox -- only required controlled substances testing from January 3 - February 25, 2011. In other words, Judge Fox ONLY ordered testing for drugs and not alcohol.

    Judge Sautner said Lindsay is now restricted for the remainder of her house arrest to one friend at a time at her Venice loft, in addition to family members.

    And, the judge said NO PARTIES at Lindsay's crib.

    Judge Sautner said the only thing Lindsay was guilty of was "extremely poor judgment."

    Judge Sautner asked Lindsay if she wanted to get on with her life. Lindsay replied, "Yes I do."

    What pisses me off is that there will be no bikini or short shorts photos of her because of her house arrest and now probably jail. It's going to be Lindsay-less summer.

    She's too far gone, too stupid, or both.

    If several trips to rehab won't help, putting her in jail for a few years won't help either. In fact, it'll probably make her even worse.

    The only way this is going to end, is in tragedy.

    The final story is: Her alcohol monitoring had expired prior to the alcohol test, so she got off. She may be a wild ride but I'm sure she knew the exact minute it expired so she could guzzle the booze. The judge said she could not have anymore than one or two people at her home at the same time for the remainder of her house arrest which is less than two weeks.

    I hope she stars in a sexy drama after she cleans up.
