It most definitely is an opinion. There is no textbook documented definition of underdeveloped. My opinion of underdeveloped is different from yours.

I'm really not trying to start an argument here but it's difficult when you feel the need to respond to every post I make in the manner in which you're responding.

Actually, there is a textbook definition of underdeveloped, so no, you can't have an opinion as to what constitutes underdeveloped. It isn't a matter of taste, it's a statistical and scientific measure. Selena is 5'5 and roughly 115 lbs, putting her BMI well within the normal range. Her boobs are probably in the B-cup range, which is also normal.

So again, no, by all standard definitions and measures, she is not underdeveloped. If you're partial to larger women, just say that, rather than disparaging a healthy young girl because she isn't overweight.

Lol you think BMI is the standard for measuring if someone is underdeveloped? First of all, BMI is completely useless in most cases and is not at all what I'm considering when I call her underdeveloped. And even if you want to play that game, put her at 5' 6" and 110 lbs. then she is by underweight by definition of BMI.

The site I listed is the Center for Disease Control, and they don't seem to think BMI is useless, so you'll forgive me if I value their word over yours. As for what you're considering when you call her underdeveloped, I've asked you several times to enlighten us to your methods of measurement, but so far all you've done is dance around it and hide behind the standard "It's just my opinion" stuff. All I've had to go on is some vague reference to some other teen idols being super thin, which is why I assumed you meant she was underweight. But if we're not talking about weight, then what are we talking about? She's of average height and weight and has mid-sized boobs and a nice-sized butt. What is underdeveloped about her?

Actually Selena only has a baby face, her body is far from skinny. I mean she def not fat either but she has curves and boobs. A 19 year old skinny under developed girl for example would have been Emma watson, course she still looks the same now. Or Willa Holland, and even Shawn Johnson. All of them have a smaller cup size and aside from Selena's babyface, these ladies could all be mistaken for being younger and underdeveloped. But as they say to each their own. Oh and Selena borders between a B and C cup,according to many reports, hers boobs have gotten bigger within the year so I thinks its unclear to be sure of the exact size but she's a size 34B/C
