    Indeed, I've had a 2 minute attempt and this is the best that can be done without any fakery. You perhaps actually can see the outline of an areola in part, but the only way to bring it out further would be to interpret the outline and manipulate it individually (which I could do if requested, but that wouldn't necessarily be 'real'). Sorry :(
