    Saying she should've stayed on AOTS is really stupid. Just because she's not on TV every day doesn't mean she's not doing anything.

    Why should she work at G4 'til she's 80 with no career trajectory like Morgan Webb?

    G4 is one of the lowest rated channels on TV. That's the reason why DirecTV dropped them. They weren't profitable.

    So, not only would Olivia be back on a channel nobody watches. She'd be back on a channel that all of a sudden had a lot less viewers!

    She's fine doing what she's doing. Whatever she's doing for HBO is gonna get a lot more viewers than she got on G4.

    Even if the movies she makes go straight to DVD, they'll still be seen by more people than would see her on G4.

    I agree. Even while AOTS was hitting its peak, G4 as a network was tanking, mainly thanks to stupid decisions like running "COPS" and "Cheaters" 12 out of every 24 hours. Some mainstream programming would have been okay, like "Movies That Don't Suck', but they went beyond it with absolute garbage, filler shows that neither had any logical fit to the network, nor had any appeal to the network's core fanbase. It makes me wonder if the idiots at Comcast even did the simplest market research, because there's no way the average G4 viewer is also a big enough fan of either of those shows to want to watch reruns of them every day.

    They even cut AOTS down to 4 nights a week when Olivia was still there, so what was she supposed to do? Stay on a sinking ship, or go take off for greener pastures?

    The problem is that everyone assumes because she isn't on TV every night anymore, somehow she's failed, but the truth is she's probably earned more money in the last two years than she has in her entire life. And she's on the rise, so saying she should have stayed on G4 is nonsense.
