Cayne, even though I don't have grogigazillion post count, I was a fair contributer here, and also enjoyed getting lots of vids and pics here. So I will start off sayin I really had lots of fun and enjoyed myself and hope your new changes will be something I might also like.

I didn't look through every post in this thread, but lots, and have a question. I have seen lots of sites/forums change, and then change more, and then make some more changes.

Is these new directions/initiatives/ideas set in stone? Will you be making other changes or have you made some kind of "final decision" type thingie?

Just an honest, valid question from a active forum participant.

I'm glad that soemthing has been done, as for the full moveis, hell you can source them other places, it's the conversations on here and funny commecnts that I enjoy This way at least when you post a thread then it will most likely be around the top of the forum for longer then 2 minutes this way...

Most importantly, big thanks to all the mods who have put in a lot of time over the last god knows how many months... without your guys help we wouldnt really have a community here

Blame Bush for that. Internet porn providers are under pressure for some time because of that new 2257 regulations.

if some server is under jurisdiction of American courts, website owners have to deal with this:

Moreover all forums with a lot of public attention are overhelmed with DMCA removal notices that can spoil your phun almost everywhere including Europe since Rapidshare (Germany) started purging their database as well.

Well at first I was dissapointed, but after some thought, I realized that the models were what I enjoy the most about phun. From Ash to Brooke and all the others, they are my favorite posts. And since dial up is a bitch, I dont post videos, nor do I ask for them. And all you had to do it drop Ravens name and I'm all for it.

 

I guess I am slow, but what exactly happened? Did the pRon industry come emailing you lawsuit notices? I am pretty confused as to what happened exactly? Still this place is good even though I just found it after it changed.

 

She did the same thing over at Sexboards - her forum died real quick because all that was ever posted was old TGP material. No exclusives and barely any conversation.

I hope things turn out better this time round.

Well, I have been here since the very beginning, first a leecher, then a member, and i gotta say I am fairly bummed out. I only frequented the celebrity and the vid forums, and it sounds like this won't effect the celeb forum too much, so I will stick around for a while. I made some friends here, and i like most of the regulars, so I will still visit everyday and shoot the shit. Cayne, thank you for everything and thank you for your efforts to keep the forum going instead of just trashing it as I am sure you were tempted to do. And thank god at least our post counts are still here!

Honestly, who cares about some internet slut posting a sign of your handle? Get a life! Does that make one special or what? I think these changes will bring a slow death to Phun as they have to many other forums I have been a part of over the last few years.

 

Ive been lurking for a while, just getting to grips with organising my collection into something worth posting (you guys always one step ahead with the pics!) but thanks to all the posters for some excellent pics and witty discussions, they have all made my working day go alot quicker! I found this forum through random web searching and was instantly hooked, im sure you will do the same again and add that special something to the new look phun.

I have always believed in the motto that giving is as good as recieving (and I did plenty of both)! I guess I am one guilty of contributing to the downfall of certain forums! But I had no idea we shouldn't be posting so much porn! I thought that's what it's for!

This place is a blast, I'm sure it will continue to be! I'll continue to pop back in every few days and see what's going on!

Finally, a big thanks to the operators of phun, and to all else, stop saying 'It was phun while it lasted'... phun.org didn't go anywhere, just a few forums are gone! It'll still be phun, I'm sure of it!

Could you not have deleted the old threads and just keep pruning the new ones? hmm. Seems sad that it should happen, but i guess it's for the best. Hopefully we may even get alot more people to the forums...
