    i saw the video awhile back and dont understand why this particular video is any different from all of his other ones. at least the other ones, he seems to be promoting pedofilia with girls that dressed in pre teen clothing

The thing is the laws regarding adult material rely on "community standards" which is a grey area, so the politicians shop for a jurisdiction where porn is illegal, or underground, and they buy it there, and arrest the people. Since it was shipped across state lines this gives the feds jurisdiction and even though Max's (Paul Little) distributor Jaded was not supposed to ship to a couple of states the european version of these videos but did, they used this to convict him of violating community standards. But let's be honest, he does push the girls and this is awfully close to rape, I have seen videos where the girl said it hurt to stop or said no more and he kept going. Was that scripted? Who knows. Since the women were not the ones pressing the charges, I say no harm no foul. I am kinda annoyed with his videos because he keeps calling them Teeners over and fucking over. Intimating that they are little girls, he is creepy. Hope this information helps. Also none of his actressess were underage. That was never ever claimed in the indictment.
