    It couldn't possibly be her in the background, because if you look carefully you can see Scarlett right at the front of the picture looking towards the camera, and it's definitely her. How can one person be in the same picture twice!? ;) It may have been taken from her phone, but Scarlett obviously just had a naked chick at her place, and the hackers got confused and thought it was her.

    1. Camera lens is facing the mirror behind her (and you if you're looking at the pic). Therefore, you must view the pic as if you are standing behind the camera...2. Mirrored stand in approx eye direction, likely reflecting phone viewer image for a great butt shot. 3. Cheekbone in line, chin in line, shoulder in line in both images and shoulder creases in the "face" image consistant with holding a towel, which she is doing.

    I think it's not only possible, but likely. Two mirror self-shots are not uncommon.

    Well then whoever painted the doors on the nightstand in that funky pattern (which appears to be a reflection of a carpet, the same carpet in front of the stand, going "into" the stand itself) needs to be drug tested.
