    Yeah she's always been busty. Part of the late 90s she used to wear tops that made them look smaller but in some photos she like the one where all she has on is a bra they were quite big.
    In one of her music videos you can see them bounce and jiggle and they look completely natural :)
    Intuition I think the name of the song/music video.
    She used to be curvier back then too, she's slimmed down since around year 2007 or so.

    Pretty sure they were at one point, but don't think so any longer. A few years back when she was leaner it sure looked like she had implants (and bad ones) in some photos of her in low-cut dresses. Now, unless that's post-baby boobage my money is on fresh implants.
