Evidently she's only done 1 hour of her 480 hours of court ordered community service in 6 months and her assignment to a women's shelter was revoked which sent her back to court on a parole violation, judge talks sternly to her blah blah blah and she's free on another 100k bond... and on and on and on... fucking idiot waste of space at this point, the nice tits and fond jailbait memories don't even save her for me anymore.

I think you guys are bring very hard on someone that has done pretty much what many of us do at the weekend. In one thread people bemoan humanity and in an other they act like everything they claim to hate

 

There's a difference between partying on the weekend and partying nonstop while on probation with paparazzi following you. I've been on probation. I was completely sober the entire time and did my community service on the court appointed schedule. She deserves to be in jail.

 

Don't know about you Gap but I pay all my traffic tickets let alone repeatedly not obeying parole conditions for something as serious as DUI and doing the same behaviour over and over again. I have no problem with whatever she wants to do in her private life, I might think it's stupid but she's breaking the friggin law repeatedly just because she can get away with it.

Here's the bullshit and I'll tell you why:

Lindsay broke the law like many celebs do. But once you do that, there's a path to clear everything up and "take care of business" as it were.

Lindsay has done everything WRONG. She's self-entitled, she's enabled, and she doesn't understand how fucked up she is.

The judge wants to put her in jail but even she knows with how messed up the California legal system is, at MOST Lindsay will put a week in at jail when the judge wants to put her in there for a year.

 

Judge isn't to blame in this. She set the max bail, and she's gonna throw her ass in jail at the hearing, but once she does that, Lindsay's gonna go to jail and then skip out.

Make no mistake, the judge is PISSED. It's the rest of the California legal system that's fucked up.

you have to commit extremely violent crime, rape or murder in CA to spend time in prison; "jail" per se in CA is for local county felonies and for holding until trial; all the hollywood celebs busted have gone to "jail" which has a time limit due to overcrowding

Well if she can't go to prison because her crime isn't violent enough, then just lock her away in some insane asylum for a good while. Nothing else seems to be working. I agree completely! All of this would have been in the past if Lindsay, her parents and friends tried to help correct this and get her the help she needs. Its because of her stupid diva like attitude she and her mother have that make this an ongoing issue.
