    Just saw on the local news that MegaUploads office in Washington D.C. is in the process of being raided at the moment. The newscaster said its an international effort by the justice department and other governments to bring down the filehost for storing copyright material. It is estimated that MegaUpload has made over 200 million dollars in the last 2 years.

    Anyone know how to find out if Filesonic is deleting files with the new interface? With the old interface there used to be a section where you could find out if you had files deleted due to copyright infringment.

    If a file gets deleted from a DMCA there is a red icon on bottom right of the filemanager/folder page

    Go to the My Files page, scroll down to the bottom, to the right you should see "XX Deleted Files".

    I've had 50 deleted in the past 30 minutes, mainly Sasha Grey vids.

    Filesonic officially closed too. And so now this section will be totally useless with only dead links in 2 days.
    Need to add new host, but I guess we should wait few days (or maybe weeks) before allowing any new host , as they are closing one after another , none of the current filehost may survive.

    I've been posting online vids since 2004. I have never made a penny. The only times I signed up for an account was to track the number of downloads. I never paid a penny to become a member. I used MEGAUPLOAD for since it's inception.

    At this point it seems all bets have gone out the window. From now on everybody everywhere will post to get whatever pennies they can from file hosters.

    My philosophy from day one has been to get the pron to the people as simple as possible, meaning: no fucked up .rars loaded with promo bullshit; and single links. Mega had a link limit of 999.99 MB for free users and I did that consistently.

    I signed up for filesonic when Mega went down, but only to keep track of dls. I have not signed up for any program, simply an account.
