    SPOILER ALERT!

    how she's continuing to indulge her fondness for having death scenes in her first American film. (Let's hope she doesn't follow in the footsteps of Valerie Kaprisky, whose first and only English-language film also involved Richard Gere. Seeing Laetitia Casta without subtitles is a good thing of which we must have more...)
