    well as we all know Megaupload, Filesonic, Fileserve & Filepost are closed now (will remain closed). And some of us blaming US, SOPA, PIPA and FBI.
    Few question are there which need to be clear fornt of PHUN's members.

    1- We only heard about that Megaupload executive Bram van der Kolk, Finn Batato, Mathias Ortmann and founder, former CEO and current chief innovation officer Kim Dotcom, are arrested by FBI. FBI arrested them that they are accused of knowingly violating copyright?

    2- Why Rapidshare, Oron, UL.to , Desposite file etc hosts & even P2P are still running are they not cause of piracy?

    Answers

    1- Cause Bram van der Kolk is also running Filesonic, Fileserve & Filepost. nobody still know about that & the FBI also allege that the site was used for money-laundering. & the founder, 'Kim Dotcom' - formerly Kim Schmitz - owned a £3million collection of 25 cars which was confiscated at the time of his arrest – mainly top-of-the range Mercedes with number plates such as ‘STONED’, ‘HACKER’ and ‘GUILTY’ but also including Maseratis, a vintage pink Cadillac and Dotcom’s runabout, a £300,000 Rolls-Royce Phantom with the number plate ‘GOD’.
    They also found leaking some sensitive information & other black business.
    IF THEY ARRESTED only at piracy believe me FBI never attempt this thing , these site could blocked easily through ISP,

    2-
    (a). Piracy is just a note which is wrote on 16 pages. & remember piracy case could raise in one condition if the owner claimed about any piracy. Mostly People avoid these type of things,.
    For Example if anybody cause of piracy and case submitted by the owner it ill take 10 to 20 day to find proof against the piracy, after finding proof action could be taken by any authority ( megaupload was running from seven years nobody complaints about piracy.)

    (b). But there is no pricey case against megaupload . if somebody FIR the case then the they should be arrested by the Interpol not FBI!

    (c). So don,t ever think you could see these host again cause FBI take them single penny to refund the million users.

    other hosts owners are not find in these types of activities. that's why they are still & remain safe.

    Now we need a best alternate of Filesonic. in my opinion it is "extabit".
    cause i compeared many hosts againts it. & find it best. it is best for both user
