    Here's the file which got uploaded to 4chan, it is nearly three times as big (608 KB) as the one which got posted by myself and Arselover.

    To be honest, this looks like it got degraded to get some artifacts-type of look right with the next incremental zoom amount higher than 100 %.
    Her nose looks a bit different.
