    Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not, but you ARE correct either way. Not saying Miley's legs don't often look great, because they do, but they don't here. People far too often forget there's a distinction between long/skinny legs and "nice legs." Shape, muscle tone and complexion cannot be overlooked.
